Reports to: Owners
As a manager, your responsibility is to guarantee the quality of service, customer satisfaction and proper functionality of the restaurant. You strive for excellence and create consistency for your employees. You set an example for the entire staff.
 Responsibilities and Duties
  • Must excel at customer service
  • Have full understanding of the menu
  • Train New Staff
  • Manage Dispatch
  • Excel at Pizza Making and be able to catch and fix mistakes promptly
  • Place Produce Order
  • Place regular Food Order
  • Inventory
  • Work with staff to maintain superb customer service and minimize mistakes on orders
  • Control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation
  • Minimize sound in the kitchen so that our guests can enjoy their experience at Mountain Mikes and also, that staff can hear better when taking phone orders
  • Facilitate “pep-talks” and build team environment
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times at any and all of the facilities associated with Chandi Hospitality Group
  • Follow, emphasize food sanitation guidelines and manage temperature control on all stations during shift
  • Bring and implement ideas for improvement
  • Reporting (Any issues or concerns that may arise from your shift to owners)
  • Projects as assigned by owner or Manager
Qualifications and experience:
  • Food Service Management Experience; 3 years or more
  • Good communication Skills
  • Have knowledge of Food and Beverage industry
  • Ability to use register and software
  • High school diploma required, Bachelors Preferred
  • All necessary certifications (Food Handlers, Serve Safe etc.)
Physical demands:
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift 40 lbs. as needed
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments
